Purpose of the MoU

The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to establish a strategic cooperation framework for nationwide logistics, delivery operations, and business expansion within Pakistan.

Under this agreement, the parties mutually agree to collaborate in order to enhance service reach, operational efficiency, and customer convenience across the country.

Scope of Cooperation

According to the agreed terms:

1. ChaseUp GharTak shall act as the official nationwide delivery and logistics partner for all products listed on GroceryPK.com.
2. GroceryPK.com shall utilize the delivery infrastructure, rider network, and logistics system of ChaseUp GharTak for order fulfillment across Pakistan.
3. FranchisePK.store shall serve as the facilitating and cooperation platform, supporting partnership structuring, expansion models, and future franchise or strategic growth opportunities.

Key Objectives

• Nationwide delivery of grocery and essential items
• Strengthening last-mile logistics and movement services
• Improving delivery speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction
• Creating scalable business and franchise opportunities
• Establishing a unified ecosystem for commerce and logistics

Nature of Understanding

This MoU reflects a mutual intent to cooperate in good faith and defines the foundation for operational collaboration, with detailed operational and commercial terms to be executed through separate agreements as required.
